I have just upgraded to UCS 5.0.2 on my VVX600 and have found the following issues.

 

1) Conference call no longer works (paired with Lync 2013).  Add a 3rd contact to a conference call with Lync client, "start conferencing" status appears, then call fails after 2-3 minutes.

 

2) Failed to convert all Microsoft Dial plan error.  Certain extensions dialed result in fast busy, same extensions worked before upgrade.

 

Anyone experiencing these 2 issues and have found a work around or fix?  Thank you.

as already responded to you in another post please provide all the above data and logs and work this through your Polycom reseller so they can open a case with Polycom support.

We ran into this issue.  For us it was caused by the third call going to the cell phone of the user starting the conference.

This just doesn’t work very well.  I would strongly recommend having Lync handle normalization.
