Hi,

I have loaded UCS 5.3 and BToE 3.0 on to 5 PC's (Windows 8.1) with 5 Phones (VVX 410's and VVX600's).

4 out of the 5 computers experience extreme audio lag, where the audio cuts in and out when using PC audio making it an unusable feature. We have tested using different audio players as well as things liek youtube or spotify but the issue remains.

When this sort of problem usually occurs its a DPC latency issue, but I have been unable to find anything thats pushing up DPC latency and other USB or analog audio devices work properly.

There is nothing special or different about the PC that works, it just for some reason doesnt have the lag, its even the slowest of all the computers. Strangely if I load up something that pushes the CPU, the lag becomes less. I have turned off all power saving features in the BIOS and windows in case the CPU was being throttled but it made no difference.

Does anyone have any ideas as currently I am thinking this might be a bug with how the BToE driver handles audio.

Thanks in advance
