Hello all!
We have some problems with the VVX 600, the usb headsets works great. Only the sound will return to his standard value.
Found the solution on this forum, written by SteffenBaierUK.
<Volume voice.volume.persist.usb.Headset="1"/>
Imported this rule directly in the VVX600 phone with firmware 4.1.7.1210. A message that it whas imported succesfull. But still no rule in the export from the phone. (Also same problem with sound)
Upgraded one firmware above 4.1.8.0628, now i am getting an error internal server error, try again. When importing.
Also tried firmware version 5, same internal server error.
Can you please help us? We have 35, VVX 600 telephones, and our distributor dont know what to do.
