How can we add the following optional SDP headers (as described in RFC 4566) in the Polycom INVITEs?

 

Session description
i=* (session information)
u=* (URI of description)
e=* (email address)
p=* (phone number)
b=* (zero or more bandwidth information lines)
z=* (time zone adjustments)
k=* (encryption key)
a=* (zero or more session attribute lines)

 

Below are the required basic info:
