Unable to call out - Polycom VVX 500

Hi,

I am trying to place a call out and and getting the following erros. The engineers from the VIP team has had configured with all the best they could and unable to resoolve. The service proivider is www.hoiioo.com. Can someone please help me?

  • Is this SIP or LYNC / Skype ?
  • Are you dialing off hook or on hook?

Thank you. It's a SIP connection and I have tried dialling on hook and offhook and its not going through.
