Dear Support Team,

 

 I am using Polycom Soundation Duo , please find my phone details as below.

 

 The issue is I am not able to dial any extension from my office to another office extensions , I think this is something thing related to DTMF , please provide me the solution ASAP .

 

Phone Information Phone Model SoundStation Duo             UC Software Version 4.0.1.13681 BootROM Software Version 5.0.1.10553

Hello Ali Imran,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Are you using the SoundStation Duo with an analog line or with a SIP server ?

 

If it is an analog line then yes the Duo will only use DTMF.

 

If it is with an SIP server please check the community's VoIP => FAQ <= as contains these post's here:

Dear Support Team,

 

 In reply to the below our Polycom SoundStaion is conneced t to IP PBX  ( 3CX Server ) using ethernet cable.

 

it is not Analog Line Nor SIP server.
