I have a Polycom IP 5000 phone in my company's conference room, set up on our network. When I dial out from the IP 5000 phone (internally), the call goes through. When someone calls the phone's number or transfers the call, without luck.
I have no background with these phones and would like to know where to beging looking for issues.
Thanks,

Hello Vlad,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The person that installed this phone or your SIP service provider would need to be consulted as I assume you do possible not have the right number for the phone or similar.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
