Always I try to login on our soundstation, I get the username/password request.

 

I have absolutely no idea which credentials to use to login here. Also I cannot find any hints in the manual. Any ideas?

Acutally, that didn;t answer the original poster's question.  And the FAQ doesn't help.

 

With a Soundstation DUO I can login on the physical phone using either default passsword.

 

However, when I connect with a web browser, the system accepts my password and will not let me get to the actual admin interface.

 

So, how can I get past the login screen?  Do I need to configure the phone?

 

Sadly, neither the FAQ nor the community held the answer.

Use something other than Internet Explorer.  WIth IE, I had the same problem as you.

 

Both Firefox and Chrome worked as expected.

Hello Mike,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As you can see the original Posters issue was that they did not know the Standard Username of Password.

 

Therefore the original repy to this poster was what the standard password is if not changed.

 

The answer / link to the FAQ post also explains how to reset the password if the phone still boots from the provisioning server.

 

Your reply is completely irrelevant as you have a issue with a certain browser.
