1. Unable to make international calls from VVX phones whereas we are able to make international calls from CX 600 and lync client with the same account. Could you help if any settings has to be enabled.
2. Outbound call is getting intiatied without dialing the complete number.
3. Could you please share best practices guide if any along with settings for configuring VVX phones for a corporate environment

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Hello Murali,

a little more detail how you setup the phone would be interesting.

 

Usually all that is needed is a factory reset phone and then set to LYNC base profile (if not ordered as LYNC SKU) already and then simply import a certificate (if a private certificate is being used) when using Single Sign in or use Pin & Extension.
