Hi ,
Request urgent help because we are Unable to place PSTN calls from Polycom Soundstation IP phone which is registered to Cisco Call Manager Express.
Please help.

Thank you for reply .
The issue has been resolved now. We removed the digimap entries from the the web interface of Polycom.After this , the external PSTN calls were working fine.

Hello Deen,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The Cisco Call Manager is not a supported Platform for the SoundStation IP phones.
In order to verify your SIP registration status you can check the community's VoIP FAQ here:
Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I check out the Registration Status of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
If the phone is registered to the SIP server and you can call other phones then the issue must be somewhere else.
I suggest to contact a Cisco orientated community and inquire about third party SIP phones.
