I have a softkey that is defined as follows:

<efk>
 <version efk.version="2" />
 <efklist
  efk.efklist.1.mname="callpark"
  efk.efklist.1.status="1"
  efk.efklist.1.label="Park"
  efk.efklist.1.use.idle="1"
  efk.efklist.1.use.active="1"
  efk.efklist.1.use.alerting="1"
  efk.efklist.1.use.dialtone="1"
  efk.efklist.1.use.proceeding="1"
  efk.efklist.1.use.setup="1"
  efk.efklist.1.action.string="$FTransfer$$FDialpad7$$FDialpad0$$FDialpad0$$Cpause10$$Changup$"
 />
</efk>

<softkey softkey.2.label="Park"
  softkey.2.action="!callpark"
  softkey.2.enable="1"
  softkey.2.precede=""
  softkey.2.use.idle=""
  softkey.2.use.active="1"
  softkey.2.use.alerting=""
  softkey.2.use.dialtone=""
  softkey.2.use.proceeding=""
  softkey.2.use.setup=""
  softkey.2.use.hold=""
/>

EFK is enabled with code like:

	<feature>
		<feature.callListMissed feature.callListMissed.enabled="0" />
		<feature.directedCallPickup feature.directedCallPickup.enabled="1" />
		<feature.enhancedFeatureKeys feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1" />
		<feature.presence feature.presence.enabled="1" />
		<feature.urlDialing feature.urlDialing.enabled="0" />
	</feature>

This softkey works flawlessly when used during calls where the phone is offhook.  However, when the speakerphone is used instead, pressing this softkey causes the phone to crash and reboot about 25-50% of the time.

Phone: IP335, VVX550

Firmware: 4.0.1

Hello Redwolf,

UCS 4.0.1 is not a currently supported Software.

Please repeat this using UCS 4.0.4 and if this still fails please raise this via your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.

To many changes have been added since UCS 4.0.1 was released.

Best Regards

Yes, even with 4.0.4 pressing the Park softkey  still crashes the phone.  Can I assume that you referring me directly to my reseller means my provisioning markup does not seem to be the culprit?

Hello Redwolf,

this simply needs to be logged and worked with our support team so they can reproduce this and escalate internally if this is a bug.

I just don't have the time and replicate this myself and then escalate internally.

Best Regards
