Hi,

Is it possible to use macros to generate 2 calls one after the other from the same soft key?

For example, I tried to use this macro to:

   (i) make a call to *272, hangup and

(ii) make another call to *929 & hangup

$Changup$*272$Tinvite$$Cwaitconnect$$Cpause1$$Changup$*929$Tinvite$$Cwaitconnect$$Cpause1$$Changup$

The phone processed the first part of the call, making a call to *272, but the second part of the macro was ignored.

I have also tried sequencing speed dials and softkeys with no success.

Is there a way to sequence 2 calls?

Thanks .

Hello Polyfella,

I am guessing your UCS Software is 4.0.1 (as posted in another post) I can only recommend to activate EFK Logging at level 2 and checking the Log once you pressed the Key.

This can be all done via the Web Interface.

Thanks for the reply Steffen.

Yes, I'm on SIP application 4.0.1.13681.

So you would expect 2 calls via macro programming to work?

Thanks,

Steve

Hello Steve,

I usually only play with things when I need to replicate it.

You will have to test it but basically the EFK feature just simulates what you would press as buttons so have a look => here <=
