I like Zero-Touch Provisioning. Some of our phones are old and have self-signed CERTs. I used the process in Tech Bulletin TB 37148 "Device Certificates on Polycom Phones" to go to Menu / Status / Platform / Phone / Device Certificate to see which phones had Factory Installed CERTs and which only had Self-Signed CERTs. For those phones that have Self-Signed CERTs, can I use ZTP?

Hello jgast,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
What "older" phones are you looking at implementing ZTP?
The ZTP FAQ => here <= lists the minimum requirements:
Which Polycom devices are supported by ZTP?
Polycom® SoundPoint® IP, SoundStation® IP, VVX and SpectraLink® 8400 devices that meet the
following criteria are supported by ZTP
Running software release UCS 3.3.2 or newer.
Have a factory installed device certificate.
Have the ZTP feature enabled on the device.
The server address field in the provisioning server menu must be <null>
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
