Using some of the features on the polycom 335 with a person with a visual impairment

When there is more than one person on hold, a receptionist who is visually impaired cannot see distinguish between the calls. On the screen. Any way to make that auditory?

Hello Nap830,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

To my knowledge Polycom does not offer any product that would assist visually impaired but a 3rd party could utilize the facilities of the phone to push the current phone status and called / calling numbers to a web server.

 

There are ways to control the phone via an API and discussion and information's can be found => here <=
