welcome to the Polycom Community.
To my knowledge Polycom does not offer any product that would assist visually impaired but a 3rd party could utilize the facilities of the phone to push the current phone status and called / calling numbers to a web server.
There are ways to control the phone via an API and discussion and information's can be found => here <=
