I have a Real Presence group 500 connected to a sound station 7000. We got the Videoconderence to work, but i cannot make an audio call. it does not get a dial tone, it just drops the call completely and a messege comes up that reads
"your call could not be completed as requested because the immediate network cannot be found. contact your network administrator for assistance"- what does that mean?
Am I missing something in the set up? Network team believes their settings are correct, and the Polycom is registered to the CUCM via SIP.

The SSIP 7000 with Group Series needs at least UCS 4.0.x
I recommend to use UCS 4.0.7
