Hi

 

I have 2 VVX1500's in a SIP environment (both running 4.0.2). 

Phone A calls B, B receives video from A, A does not display video from B. 

Wireshark traces show Video RTP, from B, are reaching A but A displays no video.

HD Voice is in tact.

 

Any ideas?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Was the trace taken on the phone where it does not receive Video ?

Do the negotiated ports match ?

Is this a call via a SIP server or IP to IP call?

Problem diagnosed to network issue, however I've now discovered that when both phones are set to "Auto Start Video = Enabled" , "Auto Answer SIP calls = Enabled" and "Video Mute = Disable" phones will auto answer but video sending does not auto start from the called phone.  The Phone (Called phone) gui shows video is sending but only after 'Stopping' video and 'restarting' video does the called phone start sending.

 

Phones are both at 4.0.2.11307.

 

Andy fixes / configs available?
