Re: VVX 1500 enhanced BLF

Hello johnpi,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The QT3738 => here <= does not list the VVX1500 as a phone that is compatible with the Enhanced BLF.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Re: VVX 1500 enhanced BLF

Hi Steffen,

The VXX 1500 datasheet => here <= mentions that this device supports BLF. Could you please advise what kind of BLF supports and which call servers are supported?

Best regards,

John

Re: VVX 1500 enhanced BLF

Hello John,

the VVX1500 supports the most basic form of BLF.

It allows a user to see that a monitored phone is idle or busy and that is it.

There is no information on who they are talking with, nor is the ringing state and therefore directed call pickup.

Best Regards
