Hello

I was trying to configure a pack of 10 VVX 201  and 1  VVX 310.

With the 310 no problem at all but with the 201:

- Don't respond to ping, I've configured a static IP in my VoIP VLAN, with the same config of the 310, avoiding an ip duplicity.

- Website: I've checked HTTP/HTTPS and Enable. But phone website is not available. 310 works well.

Tech. data:

Application

Main

Assemble: 3111-40450-001 Rev. A

Bootblock:  3.0.5.0028 (40450-001)

Boot L1: 1.0.0.0005 (40450-001)

Version 5.4.0.5841

P/N: 3150-11530-540

Updater: 5.6.0.8213

I've no idea what's happening.

Thank you in advance.

Hello Moe,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jul 11, 2014 Question: Since upgrading to UCS 5.1.1 or later and running LYNC base profile I can no longer access the Web Interface

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Maybe you simply purchased the VVX201 in Skype for Business mode or LYNC and therefore the Web Interface is turned off as a standard. SImply enable it and it should work.
