I had actually already raised this myself internally as a bug and engineering is currently addressing this. I have no exact ETA when the new software will be released that includes this functionality.

as mentioned in my original reply you should raise this via your Polycom reseller as it will receive more attention based on your comment being unable to sell the units with the lack of this functionality.
Did you contact your reseller or Polycom support as originally advised?

Just curious if you have heard anything inside Polycom about this issue being worked on? We still can't sell these phones because button labels are covered during transfer. I have mentioned this to multiple resellers as well and they all say they are waiting for Polycom to address it.
this has been resolved in UCS 4.1.6
Future follow up software releases in the UCS 5.x.x Range should also include this. Please ensure to check the release notes.
