I am not sure what you are exactly after but have a look at this FAQ post:

Resolution: Please check => here <= or Security Center: Security Bulletin Relating to Worldwide Botnet Dialing H.323-Capable Systems

 

The requestValidation will allow the phone to only accept inbound traffic from the IP where it is registered to.
