VVX 300 Phone | Not able to connect to oppen SIP PBX.

Hi,

 

Our client use the phone VVX 300 connected to a opensip PBX. Most of the phones are working normal however 4 of the phones are connecting to FTP but not getting registered.

The Extension is working in another phones and all the phones are in same version 5.4.4.

We have factory reset and tried it, however the result is same,.

I have attached the log files of 4 phones.

 

Please let me know is there anything we are missing.

Hello Adarsh P S,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

 

Most likely you are in Skype for Business / LYNC mode and need to switch the base profile as explained => here <= but do it the other way round.

Hi Steffen,

 

The other phones are working fine with the configuration file, which have the details to change the Lync Mode to Generic mode.

Is there anything else will be causing the problem?

Hello Adarsh P S,

You are a regular here and I also added a VoIP FAQ post for you to utilize trying to troubleshoot your problem.

 

I suggest you raise a ticket with support.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
