VVX 310 Screen Display truncated

VVX 310 Screen Display truncated

Tried searchngi but not sure exactly what to search for so came up blank. On my VVX 310 with UCS 5.2 provisioned from FreePBX 12 with EPM commercial, if I select to show the Name & Extension it gets truncated  and shows only ex: James Bhab... How can I correct this?

Hello OPTN,

due the display size there is only a limited amount of the names depending on their length to be displayed.

 

Once the name is to long the phone automatically truncates it.

 

At present there is no way around this.
