I'm having an issue where calls from numbers not in the Contact directory have the "Ringback-style" ring tone. I do not want it to have a different ring tone I would like it to have the default ringtone I am currently on firmware version 6.1.2.1127. So if anyone knows anything about this please let me know.

Sorry I did not say how I fixed the issue. I used Wireshark to see what alert info external calls where sending internal calls had no alert info while external calls had alert info of "external" What I did to fix the issue. : I changed the config file where it tells what ring to do for different values. Here a photo I just changed the 4 to a 1. Sorry if this is not clear if you want to know more let me know.
