We have the VVX 311 and it is in an area where there are often machines running.  We want the employees in the area to get alerted when there is a call.  Is there some sort of a strobe light or something we can plug into the Headset port or somewhere on the phone that would flash a light or something to let the employees know the phone is ringing?

Algo Solutions makes a SIP Strobe light.  You configure it like as another extension and add it to your call manager or hunt group so that it activates when a call come in.

Thank you.  I did see that but I was hoping to get something that would work off the phone without having to configure another SIP device.  We use Comcast Business Edge so it would be something I would have to put a special request in for.

I also was hoping to see if I could get something that did not cost so much.  $365 for an add-on to a $99 phone is a lot.
