Hopefully these aren't stupid questions.

I was not the one who configured our VVX 400/410's, but I need to figure out the contact phone number for each of our phones.

 

Can this be done from the menu on the phone itself?

 

and

 

As long as the phones are configured you should just be able to plug into the network and go, right?

 

Any help is appreciated,
