No, this issue has not been resolved. We are currently changing the debug settings on the phones in hopes of getting better logging to provide to Polycom. Have you opened a ticket with Polycom as of yet?
Hola TIna, thank a lot for your update, I wa not able to open a case with them yet, I will, shortly, I was hopping it was resolved and published in some docs.
We are still working with customer and modifying the debug levels for the Polycom logging and will open a ticket with Polycom once we have enough data to provide. Milton -- have you been able to open a ticket with Polycom as of yet?
Hi Tina, yes I did. Polycom released firmware 5.1.1 which come along with the fix, I test it on my phones and now the problem has gone, hope same thing happens with you.
