a factory defaulted phone will not have any configuration.

 

Please work with 3CX and/or Polycom support via your reseller.

Hi Steffen,

Thank you for getting back once again.

I am afraid I was misunderstood:

VVX 400 was factory reset and then provisioned by the central server.

So those values are after the provisioning.

Any idea why those three device settings are different than the respective values under the config area?

 

P.S. I will certainly approach the support, since some more questions have been raised. I would be glad if this is an expected behavior, though, and you could give me some heads-up on why this happens.

I believe from a Polycom perspective I already explained everything.

 

I do not know what 3CX provisions so please work with them and/or our support team.
