About 2 years ago, we bought a hosted PBX System (S00050A739B3) and 40 Polycom VVX 400 phones.

At the time of purchase, the sales rep, and the installer, and the trainer, and the former VP Sales, all said I could edit/change the background wallpaper on the phones to my own company logo. NOW the service provider who is hosting our pbx (Newt) is giving me grief and not cooperating with me. Is there any backdoor way I can do this myself?

Please help! I have attached the logo to this message that I want to use on each phone...
