I have an 400VVX with the 5.0 SW on it.  I can register a SIP number on line 1 just fine, but when I want to add another SIP registration say on line 2 it does not show up on the screen.  The programming looks the same and I am registering the number to the same server.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

That must be an issue on your end or the configuration you are using.

 

You can simply export your configuration and verify the settings.

 

Is this a plain SIP registration or LYNC ?

I did test this earlier in my lab and it works well.

 

I suggest you backup your configuration and check and verify that you actually added 2 lines.
