Hello @steven_meyer_bridge,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Its never a good idea just to enable logs without knowing what they are doing.

 

I suggest you factory default the phone and then only enable the relevant logs required aka SIP.

I can see a 487 in the logs but due them not being in Debug mode its hard to tell.

 

What SIP server is this and what type of call are you making?

we have a similar problem to this.

we have recenty purchased the Polycom VVX 400 and Polycom RPTrio 8800 Collaboration Kit and they are working fine with Yeastar S50 IP PBX.

Our Problem:
When we dial any number that is more than 10 digits,the Polycom VVX 400 and Polycom Trio 8800 immediately try to call and do not permit dialing more than 10 digits. This means its only possible to dial US dial plan and other countries whose dial plan is 10 digits or less.

Secondly it is impossible to dial any number that starts with 10 or 11 and we cannot dial internal extensions that start with these digits.

I have read the post https://community.polycom.com/t5/VoIP-SIP-Phones/dialplan-digitmap-not-working-at-all/td-p/85487
and we logged on web management of the phone and we deleted these strings, but still the problem persists.

Please assist. see attached log from one of the phones.

I have enabled the logging "event 1" for SIP and attached are the logs when i dial 10, 11 or a UK Number 442036950088. All these attempts to dial fail before i can complete dialing all digits.

The posted instructions and the same FAQ post are easy to understand and follow.

 

I had asked you to change the Support Object logging level and not the SIP logging level.

 

The Trio 0004F2FD31DF was sold via SCANSOURCE COMMUNICATIONS back in 24/03/2016

They are your Polycom reseller as they can help you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

 

Other users within this community can try and help you further but I have already provided detailed instructions that you have not followed.

I have now attached the correct logs and i can see the [SoDigitMapElementC]. 

We have removed the Digitmap on the web-based portal for managing this phone, but the digitmaps are still being processed. Please assist.

your log clearly shows the dialing process being matched to digitmaps. Is this a Skype for Business / LYNC setup?

I have posted the backup of both VVX and Trio.

The Trio registers to a local SIP Yeastar S50 IP PBX and also connects to Zoom Video conference service. It doesnt connect to Skype For Business/Lync.
