Hi,

We just replaced our Soundpoint phone with VVX 410. If I'm on a call and I receive another call on my second line, the transfer softkey disappear. I have to wait 10 seconds for the transfer softkey to reappear. The question is, how can I make sure the transfer softkey is always available even when receiving a second call.

Thx !

Hello DavidG,

when you receive an additional call on a 2nd line in your example the offered Softkeys are for this new call object.

As you have not answered this call there is no transfer option.

If you would want to transfer the first call you simply return to the first call object by pressing the Up Key on the round selector which brings the first call object back into focus.

This will then show all the options for the call that you have currently answered including the Transfer key.

Hi,

If you are using a single line key that may work buth if you use one call per line key and two line key that won't work. Is it possible to tell the phone to keep the focus on the active call ?

Hello DavidG,

I did test this with a Phone that has two lines registered having a call on Line 1 and calling Line 2 running the latest supported UCS 5.2.0 Software.

Yes it work but my user would prefer is the phone presentation would stay on the active call instead of the "new call".
