Hi all,

 

We changed our 410's hook switch settings from the 'general' profile to 'Plantronics' in support of our Savi 730 headsets. However, it then stopped ringing in-ear and no longer answers from the headset. Is there another settings(s) to change or should we just go back to the default hook switch profile? Thank you.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The 410's firmware is 4.1.6, and 8x8 recommended the Savi 730 to go with our phones. I'm not sure about the cabling (we used out of box from Plantronics), but will look into it. thanks.

please work with 8x8 for further support directly as they should be able to assist you or raise a case with Polycom support if required.
