VVX 411 Continuous Reboot

Hello All,

We have connected a VVX Colour Expansion Module to a VVX 411 phone using the auxiliary cable provided with the expansion module. The UC Software version of VVX 411 is 5.6.0.17325. Initially, when I connected (the VVX 411 was on and registered with SFB), I could see it is detected and I could assign a contact to the 1st button of the expansion module. As soon I press that button it started reboot cycle and it goes on continuously until I remove the expansion module. 

 

Both App log and Boot logs are attached.

 

Please support to fix this issue.

Welcome back to the Poly community.

Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.

 

For your new issue, you should use a currently supported software. For your VVX411 this is UC Software 6.2.0 or 5.9.6

 

Please upgrade to this and re-test and if this still fails work with FIRST VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS FZ LLC who sold this phone back in 20/01/2020

Hello Steffen,

I have tried both the UC Software version you suggested. It did not solve the issue.
