Hi I have a VVX 411 S/W 188.8.131.525. Recently we changed broadband supplier and we have started receiving calls form numbers like 1000, 999, 333 etc. We are getting about 100 calls a day. There is noone at the other end.
Can anyone please assist what we can do or why this is happening.

Thanks for your reply, i have had a look but cannot find any of the Ip address in the log.
Is there any other way of stopping these calls?

Whilst providing some of these details may not directly impact any possible answer the community can provide, it does enable Poly to have an overview of the current software used. In addition, providing all details at the same time allow us to check logs or look up potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.
