Please, I urgently need help. My newly installed 2nd phone cannot make or receive call. I called Google Voice and after deprovision /provision and updated the firmware to 6.4.3.10072, I am still having the same problem. Google told me to contact Polycom Technician.

Please, could someone help me?

Your post ended up in the Spam Filter so it was released manually.

Have you compared a working phone's backup with your other non working one? A simple tool like Notepad++ with the compare plug-in goes a long way. 

 

In addition how about attaching a photo of both? This sounds like a cosmetic issue but Google support should be able to check this as they send the configuration to the phone.

 

I would suggest ensuring the phone is factory reset and then re-provision via Google.

 

We do not even know for example if this is a brand new phone out of the box or has been used with another provider prior to this.

Greetings Steffen,

Compliments of the season. You were right is was "cosmetic" in nature. I contacted Poly tech support today. I was supposed to convert my Poly phone from factory programmed version UC software  to Obi Edition software. The issue has been resolved.
