VVX 500 Removing/Moving Paging Softkey

We want to be able to use Polycoms Paging (multicast), and have assigned custom soft keys to page based on Zone / Physical Locations but cant get the "Paging" button to move from postiion 3.  Ultimatly like the default softkey to not be present.

Hello atomb,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

There is a limit to the customization that you can do on the phones.

 

The Admin Guide matching your currently unknown software version lists within the Soft Key Customization Parameters section what type of softkey.feature.X options are available to use.

 

The quoted softkey you tried to use simply does not exist and therefore cannot remove the PTT key that is there as a standard key

 

A change on this behavior would require a feature request as explained here:
