I am receiving the following error when clicking on the application icon:
You have not configured a home page for this feature. Please consult with your administrator for this feature.
Can you help me resolve this issue?

Here is how to fix my problem:
VVX 500 phones have a built in web browser configuration. You can reach this configuration by using a PC that is connected on the same lan as your phone, find out what your phones ip address is by either going to your LANs router interface or go to settings, status, lan network and find out what your ip address is on the vxx phone.
Then simply open a web browser on the PC and use http:// with your ip address, so http://192.168.1.23 would be an example. That number would vary on your router setup.
Now, log into your phone. Select admin, type in the default password of 456. Hover over the settings Menu, click on micro browser. Type in a valid URL in the main browser home text box.

The UCS Admin Guide 4.1.0 for the VVX contains a good explanation on page 173 covering the "Using the Microbrowser and Web Browser" section.
