VVX 500 Touchscreen Doesn't Work

Hello,

 

I have two vvx500s that their touchscreens do not record input. Is there something I can try to fix this issue?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

This unit was sold by NETXUSA back in 11/03/2016 so it must have been on the shelf a very long time.

 

I suggest you return this via an RMA.
