We are deploying the VVX 500 & VVX 600 in our environment as desktop solutions for Lync 2013. We have everything working but we are running into an annoying behavior: When a call comes into an Enterprise Voice enabled Lync user, their Lync desktop will ring roughly twice before the VVX begins to ring!

 

I have searched the internet a bit and did not find anything on this. Is anyone else experiencing this? Has anyone found out how to make both the desktop client and the VVX ring at the same time?
