I seem to be having an issue where 3/4 of the screen has a black gradient over it with any image I put on any VVX 500 phone either from a USB key or from our custom config.

 

Is there any way to remove this?

Hello Darren Schaff,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The priority to display the lines will create this effect on the phone and you would have to re-design the picture that you want to display in order to fit on the lower part of the screen.
