With every reboot VVX 500 phone boot up to "File system error Version mismatch" with a Fix button. Pressing the fix button reformats the filesystem/factory reset. Tried 5.2, 5.22, 5.3 witht the same result.
Any idea what would cause this error?

Found the solution.
The 000000000000.cfg file must have the "COREFILE_DIRECTORY=". I was using a 4.04 000000000000.cfg file and it didn't this parameter.
