Good Day,

Is it possible to remove the hold softkey while on an active call?

This code does not seem to work since there are no physical Hold button.

softkey.feature.basicCallManagement.redundant

Hi Steffen,

I am looking to do this as well. I want to disable active call softkeys on a VVX500 to replace them with my own keys.
It seems the softkey.feature.basicCallManagement.redundant="0" line does not do the trick on UCS 5.8.

Do you know if removing these keys is possible in 5.8, or a more recent version?

Thanks

Hello @DB4566 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

I can only refer you to previous versions of the Admin Guide aka:

  • This parameter applies only to VVX 300, 310, 400, and 410 business media phones. Controls the display of the Hold, Transfer, and Conference soft keys. If set to 0 and the phone has hard keys mapped for Hold, Transfer, and Conference functions (all must be mapped), none of the soft keys are displayed. If set to 1, all of these soft keys are displayed.

You cannot remove these keys on a phone without the hard key.

Best Regards
