We are moving from legacy pbx system to MS Lync 2013 and I need to provide the most user friendly experience available to the business.

Our old PBX allows a "single button transfer" on it's phones.

When in a call on the VVX 500, the call information window hides the Lync contacts pinned to home screen. Which makes it impossible to transfer a call to those pinned contacts. The user would have to make several taps to scroll through a directory to find a contact that they want to transfer call to. I thought the EM1 would remedy this and so far it looks like it can not.

There has got to be a better way for an easier call transfer on this phone with pinned Lync contacts, especially utilizing the EM1 Color Expansion Module. Please advice.

Thank you
