I have a SIP VVX 500 with firmware ver. 5.4.1 running off of APMAX Hosted Business and just added a Plantronics Voyager Legend UC B235.  It all seems to be working fine except when the person that is using this goes out of range of the bluetooth and then comes back into range.  This is with out a call initiated, when she comes back into bluetooth range it connects up to the bluetooth fine but it opens up the line, goes off hook and then she has to push the hook switch on the headset to hang up.  Any ideas to take care of this problem?

Thanks!!

Todd

Hello @toddm,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We would need to see some logs for this but the first action should be to upgrade to a currently supported software version.

This is either UC Software 5.7.0, 5.6.1, 5.5.4 or at least 5.4.7

If the above does not address this please raise a ticket with your Polycom reseller.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
