I have several VVX-600s with which I have tried to use two bluetooth handsets, and have had connections with any combination of VVX-600/Plantronics PLT-4210 or VVX-600/PLT-Edge. In any combo, the bluetooth is garbled during call (corded audio is crystal clear...one of my reasons for choosing Polycom in the first place!) and then after hanging up, the bluetooth connection just drops entirely. The headsets show in the settings, but won't connect until a full reboot.
Help?!
Hello @davecornerstone ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Is this using a Bluetooth USB dongle or the phones build-in Bluetooth?
This would need to come into support.
In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.
If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hey Steffen, thanks for the reply,
Are you saying the phone(s) need to physically go in for service? I've got three of the VVX-600s that I've tried, and all had the same problems; doesn't seem like a hardware issue but more of a software one.
Thanks
