I am currently using a VVX 600 that is working fine, but when I turn on forwarding (always, busy, no answer) it don't see that change reflected on Broadsoft. Is there a setting I am supposed to enable on the features.cfg file to enable this?
Broadsoft should usually be able to provision the phone with the correct parameters and should be consulted in this matter.
Usually the reg.x.serverFeatureControl.cf and / or reg.x.serverFeatureControl.dnd would be utilized.
Please work with Broadsoft, consult the Admin Guide and contact your Polycom Reseller for further support.
