 I'm running UC 5.5.1.11526 on a VVX 600. I'm trying to uliize the following setting.

 

up.IdleViewPreferenceRemoteCalls="1"


Use this parameter to determine when the phone displays the idle browser.
When set to 1, a phone with only remote calls active, for example, on a BLF monitored line, is treated as in the
active state and the idle browser does not display.
When set to 0, a phone with only remote calls active, for example, on a BLF monitored line, is treated as in the idle
state and the idle browser displays.

This does not seem to work. If a monitored line is ringing or in use the phone stays at idle and still shows the idle browser.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Is this openSIP aka Generic profile or Skype for Business?

 

I would suggest you open a Ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Yes it is a generic SIP profile. The phone was simply bought used, so not sure about support options. I was just hoping the community might be able to point me in the right direction.
