Hello Everyone,

 

I have a very unusual issue with 2 VVX  600 Phones. Everytime those devices are rebooted for any reason, they will lose their configuration.

The only way to make them work again is to access the Adnece configuration and add the provisiong server information again to download the config file again.

The phones are running PolycomVVX-VVX_600-UA/5.5.0.20556.

I have been trying find if this is a known issue or if someone has seen a similar issue before, but nothing has come up.

If someone could give me some advice I will be very grateful.
