UCS 5.0.2, paired with Lync 2013 client with BToE 2.1.
When I put a call on Hold between 2 VVX 600 phones, the caller hears no beep (expected)
When I put a call on Hold from an external number, the caller hears a beep every 3-4 seconds
When I put a call on Hold from a PBX phone, the caller hears a beep every 3-4 seconds
Is that beeping from the VVX 600? If so, is there a way to disable the beeping? Thank you.

Hello TTMing,
the VVX would not be creating this tone.
I suggest you check with Microsoft or the Gateway provider.

Hi Steffen,
The issue was resolved on the gateway. The beeping is the default MoH from AudioCode. I had to create a silent wav file and replaced the default MoH file with the silent one on the AudioCode. Thanks.
