If I Video call a Lync Client that has VVX and BTOE enabled, the call is rejected and sent direct to voicemail.
If I disable BTOE, both VVX and Lync Client both ring and I can accept the video call using Lync client fine.
We are running Lync 2013 Server Standard with Exchange 2010 and VVX600 5.2.0.8330.

Thansk everyone, I posted the same issue on Microsoft forum and they answered for me
"BToE-enabled Polycom phones running UC software 5.0.0 cannot receive incoming video calls sent from contacts using Microsoft Lync 2013. However, you can receive video calls from contacts using Lync 2010. If you receive an incoming video call from a contact using Lync 2013, the call drops."
